"Love all about this hotel especially very convenient to gondola, all the shoppings, restaurants and walkable to everything. The ski resort mountain vibe is fantastics; the room is comfort and roomy with impressive design for skiers. Great lodging to enjoy a wonderful Winter holidays. "

"We arrived shortly after midnight during a storm after a long drive and were given keys to a room that was already occupied by a sleeping guest. Being issued keys to an occupied room is a serious security breach and understandably alarming. We were reassigned to another room where the bedding had visible stains and hair. The following morning I requested a call from a manager regarding both the security issue and the room condition but never received one. When we later spoke with the manager in person, we were told housekeeping would address the bedding immediately. We left the room for two hours and returned to find nothing had been done. We requested another room, which unfortunately smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and required yet another relocation. In less than 24 hours we experienced multiple room assignments due to a security lapse, unsanitary bedding, lack of follow-through on promised service, and smoke odor in the final room. I am sharing this feedback because these issues point to larger operational and safety concerns that should be reviewed."

"The views from inside or on the porch of this home were stunning! It including so many nice extra touches that enhanced our visit. When not skiing or e-bike riding, we spent time just sitting on the deck off the living room admiring the view of the lake and mountains. When it became chilly, the fire pit on the porch or the fireplace in the living room kept us warm. We will definitely be back!"
