Pleasant 4-day stay

Very enjoyable 4 day stay, lovely room, excellent breakfast. Sadly no food is served Saturday and Sunday evening, it advertises that snacks are available but that really does mean snacks - peanuts, warm-up micro pots etc. and with no other eating places in the area it’s a big let-down. The dinner we had was good, the menu was offered on a tablet and the info kept disappearing which was more than annoying. The hotel was being revamped which we weren’t aware of at the time of booking but it didn’t really affect our stay.

This was a 2 night stop over before heading to the SW coast for a longer vacation. Recently refurbished (well almost complete) the hotel was a little further out from the centre than anticipated, a good 50minute walk. But very pleasant stay, helpful and patient staff, the only problem was the lack of restaurant, which was closed due to a lack of a chef. It was not clear if this was just the public holiday when we arrived or for evenings generally. Breakfast was available

Séjour mitigé dans une chambre qui a vécu...il semble qu'un partie de l'hôtel ait été rénové, ce n'était visiblement pas le cas de ma chambre. Les murs sont mal insonorisés et la literie moyenne. Ce n'est pas ce que j'attendais d'un mercure.

Poor Service Hotel.

We anticipated that the hotel would be near a lake, no it's in a retail park. We stayed on a Sunday and in true French fashion, the restaurant was closed! The staff were extremely friendly and pointed out that they had an out of hours menu, which were prepared meals and were surprisingly good. However, I requested a glass of red wine and none could be found, until after we had finished our meal. The hotel was clean, but confusingly marked out with regard to Covid.

Le confort de l’hôtel est à revoir, on est accusé d’avoir mal parlé à une collaboratrice alors que nous avons rien dit du tout!!! C’est inadmissible d’accusé les clients comme ça je ne reviendrais plus dans cette hôtel. Et je conseil fortement les personnes qui veulent séjourner la bas d’y réfléchir car la manageuse n’est pas du tout professionnel.
