"We stayed in an apartment building, which is around 50 meters from the hotel entrance. Nicely designed, clean and still looking pretty new. There is a kettle, an iron, cutlery and a microwave in case somebody prefers to eat in the apartment. You can also use the spa in the hotel itself and enjoy the good drinks in the bar. The hotel is centrally located, and there are lots of options for dining out just a few steps. We had breakfast each morning in a local restaurant, which is cheaper than buying it in the hotel, and it is local food. What annoyed is that even with closed windows and turned on A/C, you can still hear the noise from the street as all the bars and restaurants are just under your window. Therefore, earplugs are a must. The rest was wonderful, and I consider staying again in this hotel."

"Location is right in the centre so very convenient. But the room was pretty much like a travel lodge, nothing special. IKEA furniture, couldn't open the window fully as desk was in the way. Shower mixers didn't work properly, TV didn't work for two nights, room was not thoroughly cleaned , toiletries were very basic. And even though it stated on the website as having heating ,it didn't. Not even the towel rail. One day it was 15 and rained all day. So the lady on reception tried to be helpful and kind but there wasn't much she could do."

"Good hotel, excellent breakfast. Two small concerns - the pillows on the bed were laughably thin, and the A/C diificult to control - twice i was woken by a stream of uninvited and unwanted cold air that the unit decided (all by itself) to provide."

"Amazing hotel in a super convenient location a short 2 minute walk to the riverfront. Staff were excellent in every way. Took my wife there for a birthday surprise and they organised prosecco to the room. I wish we stayed more than 2 nights and will be going back if visit gdansk again"

Prize By Radisson, Gdansk

"We’ve visited Gdańsk several times and decided to try the Prize by Radisson on our latest trip. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the Old Town. After speaking with the staff, we found out the hotel had only been open for around a month. Everything felt fresh, modern and exceptionally clean throughout our stay. Our room had large opening windows with a lovely view of the National Museum in Gdańsk and the Holy Trinity Church. The room itself was modern, comfortable and spotless. I needed to use the ironing facilities and was told they were located between floors 2 and 3. I found them in the stairwell, which raised some accessibility concerns as guests would need to use stairs to access the room. The ironing room had one ironing board and two irons, although there was no obvious way to add water to them. I also noticed that bottled water is no longer provided. Instead, there are water dispensers on selected floors. Having to go between floors to find one wasn’t particularly convenient. That said, I understand this is a very new hotel and there will naturally be some teething issues. The points mentioned wouldn’t stop me from returning. Overall, we had a lovely stay, the hotel was clean and modern, the location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout."
