I booked the room based on the location. The reviews were mixed. Location is great, free delicious breakfast. The room is not comfortable however. Could be cleaner, AC don't work. The room smelled like cigarettes and there was old sushis in the fridge.

Great Job Bloom Hotel ❤️😊

Room was super clean, nice and very warm while it was freezing cold outside, staff were super friendly and very helpful. Location is super super great few steps from Kizilay downtown. Porter at the hotel was very helpful Regarding breakfast I wish it was better with more options on the buffet

It was horrible no air conditioning in the room I was sweating most of the time , uncomfortable, it was dirty most of the time no one cleans anything. No bath room towels or toilet papers . The refrigerator isn’t working. No Station or anything to do some hot coffee or tea . When I call the recipients to ask for towels or toilet papers no one understands English at all.

The hotel has an excellent location, in the heart of Kizilay area. 5 minute walk. Nice facilities, very clean. Spacious rooms. No air conditioning, however the weather was decent during our stay. Nice healthy breakfast. Totally recommended

The hotel have great location,have stay many night so fare this year at this hotel. Not many staff speak english so sometimes misunderstanding but they almost everytime solve it. Some of rooms would need upgrade and same with wifi. But overall hotel is OK. Will soon be back anyway

We had a nice stay!

Hotel has great location for our purpose, close to everything. Newly renovated so quite ok, but not all rooms have A/C so can be a hot stay in the summertime. The hotel changed our room so we got A/C, very appreciative of that. All in all, you get your money's worth!
