13 Morna Point Rd - pet friendly , boat parking house on one level
There is a large open plan, modern living area with a huge Smart TV with Foxtel, Netflix, Stan, and free unlimited Wi-Fi. A second TV area with a smaller Smart TV and comfortable lounge to sit back and relax. The dining area has a beautiful round dining table with a lazy susan insert, which makes this an easy dining experience.
Opening off from the living area is the undercover alfresco dining area which provides a huge timber outdoor setting and gas Weber Q BBQ, this is the perfect area to sit back with a drink and play with the children and dog on the grass area , or if you’re deciding on what to cook for dinner and need some herbs well the owners have covered that as well in providing a herb garden for you to pick through.
The property has an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with beautiful stone benchtops and complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop, oven, microwave and the convenience of a dishwasher and family size fridge/ freezer.
Three large bedrooms with the main bedroom located at the front of the house, the main bedroom has a walk-in robe and ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity. The other two bedrooms and main bathroom area located at the back of the house, the second bedroom has a Tri Bunk with a Double bed underneath and a Single bed above which is only suitable for a child’s body weight, there is also a study desk area in this bedroom.
Bedroom three has another Queen bed and ceiling fan, the main bathroom has a large bath, shower, toilet, and vanity. The property also provides an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer located in the garage.
Located within a quick five-minute walk to the entrance to Birubi beach which is perfect for a swim, surf, stroll along the beach or beach fishing. Anna Bay is famous for the sand dunes, camel rides, sandboarding and 4WD tour - all this is within five minutes’ drive. And only a quick ten-minute drive into the heart of Nelson Bay gives you the best of both worlds.
This property required a $200 refundable security deposit.

Obligations to neighbours – Section 2.5.2 of the Code of Conduct
A guest must not at any time during the occupancy period:-
(a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
