Anna Bay Beach Shack, 44 Ocean Avenue - fantastic 2 storey house with spectacular views
Please note upstairs and downstairs DO NOT have internal access between them.
Anna Bay Beach Shack is only a stone’s throw away from the famous Birubi beach is where you will find this modern house split over two levels. There are stunning water views from the upstairs front balcony and living area and the downstairs fully enclosed outdoor area which is perfect for medium size dogs due to the fencing - responsible pet etiquette is appreciated. The enclosed area also provides sun lounges, BBQ facilities and outdoor dining.
The property is fully equipped on both levels, the downstairs area has been renovated and has a split system air conditioner, Smart TV with Wi-Fi booster, brand new kitchen with stone benchtops, dishwasher, electric hot plates, under bench oven, microwave, two bar size fridge/ freezers and a Lavazza A Modo Mio coffee machine. There are also two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet and front loader washing machine for your convenience located downstairs.
Entering upstairs via the external staircase, you will be amazed at the beautiful water views from the balcony, when you enter inside you will also be amazed at the space. There is another fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, large family size fridge/ freezer, DeLonghi Nespresso Coffee Machine, and a huge corner leather lounge to sit back and enjoy watching the Smart 65”TV in the luxury of air conditioning comfort. Two more air-conditioned bedrooms and another bathroom are located upstairs, the bathroom also has a front loader washer/ dryer combo.
Anna Bay Beach Shack is more than a shack, four air-conditioned bedrooms, two air-conditioned living areas, two bathrooms, two laundry areas, boat parking, pet friendly, Wi-Fi and spectacular water views – this property certainly ticks every box. Suited for families or couples, enjoy a casual walk on the beach, national park walkways or be more adventurous and try the sand dunes, camel rides, or surf schools.
There is also a huge back yard to park a boat, please note the back yard is not enclosed and parking in both driveways. We also manage other properties in the same street, so this is sensational for larger families to be able to go away together but still have their own space.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
