Villa Marianne is located on the north end of Anna Maria Island and steps from the white sand beach and sparkling clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The bright kitchen overlooks a dining area with seating for six and additional stools at the island. The living area is a comfortable spot for the family to gather and enjoy the island view from the patio doors.

The main living level features two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a bedroom with a queen bed. The other two bedrooms are on the third floor and share a hall bathroom. One of the bedrooms has two twin beds and the other bedroom features a set of twin over full bunkbeds. Each bedroom includes crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

Outside, the heated pool and spa invites you to take a dip or relax in a pool lounger and enjoy the island breezes of paradise.

The covered poolside lounge features a bar with a TV and a dining table for six for guests to enjoy a meal from the grill. There is also an indoor room with a separate dining area and foosball table.

Villa Marianne is easy walking distance to Gulf Ave, restaurants, and the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
