This flat can accommodate 4 people, with a double bedroom on the mezzanine (low ceiling) and a sofa bed. It enjoys a superb location opposite the Jardins de l'Europe, just a stone's throw from the lake.
The bedroom has a 140x190cm bed and the living room has a sofa bed. Air conditioning is available in the living room only.
The flat is equipped with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a Senseo coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a kettle, a toaster, etc.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Linen will be provided for your stay, including sheets, towels and kitchen tea towels.
You can enjoy the nearby bars and restaurants after a lovely day by the lake or in the mountains; you’ll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 2-minute walk away. Bike hire is available nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way round the lake).
The flat is located on a pedestrianised street. Parking is available in the secure, pay-and-display underground car park at the Town Hall directly opposite (approximately €11 for 24 hours).
Check-in is available every day from 4 pm until 10 pm; you can check in independently using a key box. Instructions will be sent to you by email the day before your stay.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. We’ll only be able to confirm this on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation isn’t being taken over that same evening.
On the morning of your departure, please remember to put clean crockery back in the cupboards, leave your bed linen and towels on the floor, and empty your bins in the storage room under the stairs by the main entrance.
