Large studio 30 m2 in the city center and next to the old town of Annecy

The 30 m2 studio on the raised ground floor is located in the center of Annecy, at the entrance to the old town, Faubourg Sainte Claire (street famous for its restaurants and entertainment). The train station is 700 m, the lake 900 m, the central shopping street Rue Royale 500 m, the supermarket 250 m, the bakery 150 m and the parking spaces are right next to the building and those which are free at 300 m.
The studio, very quiet, includes basic supplies (sheets, towels), fiber optic internet, a washer-dryer and basic appliances (microwave, kettle, coffee machine, hob and oven, fridge / freezer). Bathroom with bathtub. 140x190 bed.
Arrivals are from 2 p.m. and departures before noon.
For an arrival after 9pm, supplement of 10 €.
Our friends the animals are accepted with a fixed supplement of 20 €.
The studio is accepted for smokers, however please remember to ventilate the studio and / or smoke outside.
We kindly ask you to communicate your arrival time at least 48 hours before arrival day to organize the delivery of the keys.

Position vs old town 9.5/10, where 10/10 is in the old town. Very close (100m walk) and easy to get back from old town.Location of accommodation - 6.5/10. Unfortunately being on the ground floor and on a busy route does not make it peaceful at night or during the day.Great communication with owner. Very helpful - 9/10.Various other ups and lows, already mentioned in previous reviews.

A couple of problems. Absolutely no soap or shampoo or anything in the way of toiletries. I was cold. Woke at 3.00am cold and only a sheet provided. Put on winter clothes. The location saves this place.

Questa struttura e' a piano terra e le finestre non si possono aprire perché non ci sono inferriate. Quindi non si riesce a dormire la notte per il caldo. C'è un ventilatore di 10 centimetri . Tutto l'appartamento e' trascurato con biancheria e piatti rovinati. Abbiamo trovato la carta igienica,il sapone del bagno e della cucina completamente finiti. Ritengo che per il prezzo molto alto che abbiamo pagato per due notti,la proprietaria dovrebbe pulire meglio e fornire almeno un climatizzatore oltre che sistemare tutto l'appartamento in quanto è davvero poco accogliente

Emplacement idéal proche de la vieille ville et du lac. Tout est faisable à pied.

Seul bémol pas de parking dans résidence En période de vacances scolaires possibilité de se garer gratuitement à proximité d'un lycée, ce qui n'est pas le cas en période scolaire

Appartement insalubre, bien situé

L'appartement est très humide, nos affaires ont mis 5 jours à sécher. Des moisissures sont présentes dans la salle de bain ainsi que dans la pièce à vivre. La plaque du four était tellement sale qu'on pouvait distinguer le dernier repas qui y avait été préparé. Une râpe à fromage avec encore du fromage dessus, un dessous de plat en liège moisi, des couverts sales, et un congélateur abritant des champignons ont également été constatés. Dès la première nuit, nous avons aperçu un cafard sur la télévision. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionne que sur la télévision. Les draps étaient propres, mais le matelas, en plus d'être très fin et inconfortable, présentait des taches non identifiées. Une boîte à café contenant quelques capsules était remplie de moisissure. La poubelle n'était pas nettoyée, avec encore un opercule de yaourt collé dessus. Il n'y avait pas de détecteur de fumée, cet appartement n'est même pas aux normes. Nous ne comprenons pas la note attribuée à cet appartement, surtout qu'une semaine avant notre séjour, un commentaire mentionnait déjà la propreté déplorable. Les avis sont mensongers, cet appartement est un dortoir insalubre bien situé. Nous avons pris plusieurs photos attestant de l'exactitude de notre description, mais il est malheureusement impossible de les ajouter à ce commentaire, bien que cela aurait été pertinent.

Budget accomm right in heart of town

Although great location this property lacked a few minor essentials. There was no soap, it was quite stuffy and there was a bit of mould in the bathroom. Just a small bar of soap would be all that’s needed, IKEA curtains that provided a bit of privacy would suffice because if you wanted to allow fresh air in, the wall of the apartment is the edge of the pavement and people can lean in, climb in, from walking past. The location is the best thing. A short 1 minute walk and you were into the Old Town of Annecy where restaurants were plentiful. Checking in we had to wait a bit of time (45 mins) in the cold but someone eventually came to hand us keys. A lock box would be better with a pin.

vacances à Annecy

bel emplacement sauf beaucoup de monde au mois d aout un peu de bruit le soir et chaud 35 degrés mais ça on ,ne peut pas prévoir. Mais appart au rdc donc on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenetres nous avions emmené notre ventilateur.sinon ideal pour les restos et visiter la ville et près du lac

Fantastic location

The location of the property is fantastic, it is only 100m from the entrance of the old town. Free parking is available 300m away but is highly sought after and difficult to get, paid parking outside the property is easy but is 6€ per day. ( traffic wardens were around regularly) The supermarket is within walking distance. So the location is spot-on, however, the cleanliness of the property is poor, when we sat on the bed, other people's hair blew out from underneath and we found several long hairs in the apartment ( my husband and I have short hair), there is also mould in the bathroom and the apartment had cobwebs too. The bed is very low but comfortable, however, the seating arrangements needs improving, the apartment is for two people but there is only one armchair and the dining room chairs are hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen needs checking after guests, we found dirty plates (dried on food) in the cupboard, chipped plates and bowls and the only two wine glasses were broken and had been put away like that. The oven did also not look like it had been cleaned properly. A tired apartment that needs an update, such a shame because the location was fantastic.

Séjour annulé pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée

Il n'y a pas eu de séjour à Annecy. Quand nous sommes arrivées : la vaisselle était casie inexistante. Quand on a voulu la relaver il n'y avait pas d'eau au niveau des robinets d'eau chaude. La propriétaire connaissait le problème en louant car elle habite un appartement dans la même résidence. Nous avons été très déçues et sommes réparties aussitôt.

Apparemment insalubre mais bien situé

Apparemment très bien situé en revanche très déçu, la propriété médiocre avec des grains de litière de chat sous le lit (nous avons pas de chat), des tâches sur le sol et sur la plaque de cuisson, le rideau de douche avec des moisissures, les coins des murs noir, sans parler de la poussière et j'en passe. En autre terme le ménage n'a pas été fait et ce depuis un bout de temps. L'appartement ne comporte pas de climatisation seulement un petit ventilateur, nous nous somme retrouvé avec 31,2° avec les portes et les volets fermés toute la journée.
