"Clean comfortable room. Quirky floor plan and basic included services (tea and soluble coffee in a galley per floor). Bar is great, but food options are a bit minimal. Breakfast is good but very expensive (as everything in Geneva?). "

"The double comfort rooms are tiny - you have to squeeze round the bed, and there were just 4 hangers that you would hit when trying to get into the bathroom. Also, the wooden floor was very dirty and appeared not to have been vacuumed or washed for some time. While there is a heating control panel, no amount of turning it up or down seemed to generate any change in temperature or any air coming out of the unit, but thankfully the window opened to help cool the room. The whole hotel is extremely compact - from reception, to the breakfast room, to the 2 lifts. But the pay off is you are right across the road from the main station and a main hub for trams, so it's perfectly located to explore the city and region. And it's tastefully decorated and staff were helpful. Breakfast was basic - breads and cereals were fine, but meats and fruit juice were low quality. The mini bar (wall mounted, due to the lack of space already discussed) had 2 waters but only 1 beer, which for 2 people seems odd (and the beer isn't even replaced)."

"We stayed just one night. We received a VIP upgrade. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean. Our room faced the street, and there is a bar or restaurant on the other side of the street but it was not noisy. There are many restaurants around the hotel. We didn't try the breakfast because we left very early the next day. It took 10 min to get to the airport by taxi (at 5 am - may take longer with traffic). I would definitely stay again! "
