"Rixos Downtown Antalya is in a league of their own! A truly exceptional hotel which offers a memorable experience from the moment you enter the hotel lobby till you check out! The staff goes over and beyond to make you feel soo comfortable and well catered for! The hotel is family friendly with the kids club open till 10pm. So many bars to choose from and my personal favourite was the Vitamin bar inside the Spa. Access to the Land to the Legends is an added bonus which makes Rixos miles apart from other 5 stars in Antalya."

"The location is very convenient — close to exactly the places we needed. The rooms are clean, and we appreciated the slippers and complimentary toiletries set, which was a nice touch. However, there are several downsides. The room is quite small and lacks even a basic chair or armchair. The wardrobe is very limited (only 4 hangers) with almost no space for belongings. The minibar was included in the price but only had two bottles of water, which felt odd. The tea/coffee setup was also disappointing: there was a selection available, but only 2 paper cups for 2 people. This means you are expected to drink hot beverages just 1 time from 1 paper cups, which is uncomfortable, unsafe (due to the heat), and honestly a bit absurd. The most unpleasant moment was during check-out. We were told in advance that late check-out (1–2 hours) is paid, so we declined. However, on the departure day, we received a call at 11:45 asking if we were leaving, even though check-out is at 12:00. This created unnecessary pressure, as the room is rightfully ours until that time. Overall, the hotel has potential, but small details significantly affect the overall comfort of the stay."

"Felt like a prison room I was there for all of 30 mins & checked out & into another hotel. Holes in walls where plugs have been moved. Room was small out dated. No air con . Glass shelf broken in bathroom.restaurant was closed. Pool was closed absolutely terrible. Nothing delux about it at all… "

"Absolutely amazing hotel , had a bottle of champagne & cake delivered unexpectedly for my birthday was a wonderful surprise . Staff were amazing from arrival to departure, room service was excellent, food was fantastic.. plenty of options for breakfast. shame I had noisy neighbours below me on my last evening on there balcony untill early hours,it was delt with by staff, (promptly) however, I do think there should be a notice outside in balcony area asking to respect others with noise levels after a certain hour. "

"Staff was excellent and friendly. Hotel has a good location, minutes walking from restaurants etc. Clean rooms. Breakfast was nothing special but it fullfilled its function. Would definetly stay here again, value for money. "
