I was very, very pleased with the apartment and the hotel. They have apartments in one location and then a hotel close by and we ended up staying at both during our visit. Both locations were clean, nicely decorated and everything worked correctly. Wonderful locations at both and very close to anything you could need, restaurants, shops and even a huge mall. The management and staff were VERY kind and considerate and accommodating to a few special requests we had. I would love to come visit again. Oh and I do not normally leave reviews unless the business was either very good or disappointing and this business impressed me very much.

THE HOST WAS NOT AVAILABLE THE HOUSE KEEPING IS RUNNING OUT THE HOTEL AND THE OWNER OR MANAGER IS SITTING AT HOME USING WHATSAPP HE USE GOOGLE TRANSLATE AND ASK FOR YOUR PASSPORT COPIES REMOTLY LEAVING YOU LOST AS NOBODY WILL WELCOME YOU, THE MAIN GATE IS LOCKED YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO OPEN TO ENTER THE HOTEL OR IF YOU HAVE A LOCAL TURKISH SIM YOU CAN CALL THE NUMBER STATED IN THE EXTERIOR BUILDING, YOU NEED TO BE SMART TO DEAL WITH THIS HOTEL. THEY CHARGE EXTRA 80$ FOR ADITIONAL PERSON WHICH IS NOT REASNABLE AS IT IS NOT A RESORT BUT AN AVARAGE HOTEL AND SOFA BED IS AVAILABLE SO WE GET RIPPED OF 80$ FOR NO USE WE DID NOT EVEN STAY BECAUSE THE HOTEL IS A MESS WE BOOKED ANOTHER HOTEL BECAUSE IT WAS NONE REFUNDABLE AND WE SLEPT IN A BETTER PLACE.
