This hotel did not matched it's advertisement. Breakfast was basis and poor quality, there was no daily housekeeping and spa facility was not working. I would not recommend it to others. Please do not be impressed by their pictures or reviews. It's false.

Dreadful place to stay. The walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in every room and you will not sleep unless you have very good ear plugs. The place is falling apart and needs a lot of maintenance. Breakfast is abysmal and the owners dog constantly runs around begging for food. The cleaner forgot to clean our room on one of the days and there was no apology. The hotel staff deliberately turn the air con off at night after midnight leaving you to sweat in bed all night. All of the bedroom doors in the hotel slam and make electronic beeping noises which will keep you from sleeping. The Spa is in the dungeon and smells very musty. So glad when we left …

Overall it was a comfortable stay and I would recommend if you’re planning to go on a lot of day trips and tours. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are lovely. There is no pool, so consider that- if you’re doing tours this isn’t much of an inconvenience. The hotel is located in a decently convenient location with a few other hotels on the same street, and just a quick walk from mini markets. It’s not directly in the city centre so it’s a bit quieter and less crowded. Kaleici (old town) is about 25 minutes in a taxi and will cost 500-700TRY depending on traffic. TerraCity shopping mall is a ten minute walk, and there are multiple beautiful restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the hotel, for any tours you plan on doing, be aware that the location of hotel is about an hour from things like Suluada, Kemer etc. beautiful cliff side beach called Kumluca Fener Plaji- 10 minute walk and I highly recommend. The only thing I was slightly surprised by was how thin the walls are. You can hear most movement from neighbours and I had had one neighbour who was always up late at night yelling at someone on the phone lol but it was fine as they checked out. The hotel breakfast is decent, it’s sufficient and a pretty authentic Turkish breakfast. I would stay here again, but plan a lot more to do. Also read in other reviews that the shower leaked everywhere- just turn the shower head above to the side. The toilet in my rooms flushing button kept disconnecting.

Odaya giriş yaptık, yatakta tahtakurusu vardı. Bildirdik odamızı değiştirdiler, teraslı oda ödemesi yapmamıza rağmen sadece pencereli oda verdiler. Ertesi gün yerinizi değiştireceğiz dendi, değiştirilmedi. Taşındığımız diğer odada nevresim takımında, havlularda ve yerlerde kıl vardı. Tuvalet sifonu düzgün çalışmıyor, duş hortumu patlak, pencere takılıyor bozuk, lavabo tuvalette değil dışarda (yatağın kenarında), kahvaltı çok zayıf, tabaklar bıçaklar kirli, genç arkadaş dışında personel gülmeyi unutmuş. Odada tuvalet kağıdı bitti, gündüz temiz havluyla tuvalet kağıdı talep etmeme rağmen odaya girişimizden beri tek bir kere girip ne temizlik yapan oldu ne de tuvalet kağıdı vs getiren. Gecenin 10’unda resepsiyonu aradım sağolsun genç arkadaş yardımcı oldu. İyi olan? Sadece otelin konumu. Türkiye’nin birçok farklı bölgesinde sayısız otelde kaldım ve bugüne kadar hiç bu kadar kötü yönetilen bir otel görmedim.

otel güzel, temiz, rahat ve sessiz. 2 adet negatif durum yaşadım. birincisi sıcak su dakikalarca beklememe rağmen gelmedi. sadece birazcık ısındı. ikincisi odada klimalarda merkezi sistem var. gündüz vakti sıcakta çalıştıramıyorsunuz. yalnızca gece sıcakta çalışıyor. gündüz odada zaman geçirdiğimde üşüdüm.
