"Best VRBO we've stayed at yet. We bought and brought a few things we typically need and didn't with this rental. (Laundry soap, paper towels, salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc) all seem minor but we brought them to avoid buying and all were available for use during stay. All dishware was in good shape with a few small storage containers for leftovers after cooking. (We also left a few things behind to add to collection for others in future). Each bed had its pros and cons. All depends on your personal preferences? Could maybe use some updating there upstairs but not a deal breaker by any means! We slept ok and my brother and his wife LOVED the downstairs mattress so much they want to buy one now! We honestly hoped to make more use of the house and card table etc but spent most of our days enjoying Nevada! Host was amazing. Very communicative. Easy in & out. Garage available but never used. Wish it had a pool and it would be the PERFECT vacation rental! Otherwise we LOVED it here and look forward to next year!"

"This was our first time staying here and it’s safe to say we would choose this property again, hands down. The staff at check in were lovely and warm. They interacted with my kiddos which they didn’t have to do, but it was a bonus. The check in area and bar had a pool table as well as a table to sit at with various games. We were situated on the 4th floor, with a view of the strip. We had a 2-queen bed room, and the room felt spacious. The room was clean and the set up with the bathroom made the room feel larger. There was a small refrigerator in the room. And at the breakfast nook area in the lobby I was able to buy a couple small bottles of milk for my younger kiddo and keep it in the fridge for him in the morning. The parking was free and that was a bonus too. We did not partake in the food or the breakfast nook in the mornings so I can’t speak to that. I would have liked a QR code in the room to access the bar menu downstairs; I didn’t figure that out until our second to last night there. Lovely accommodations, would highly recommend and stay there again."

"Both rooms smelled like sewage the entire time we stayed in the hotel. Went down the second day and talked to the front desk about the smell and her first response was questioning why we didn’t come down sooner? We later received a phone call from someone also with poor manners complaining our request was too vague and asked for specifics. If we knew where the smell was coming from, we wouldn’t have asked? We told the person on the phone that it might’ve been kitchen drain and then asked for a new fresh set of towels since the housekeeper never came to clean our room. The smell was still there and the fresh set of towels never came. When we checked out the next day, the front desk person was on the phone for a good 2 mins while we waited right in front of her with no acknowledgment and was talking about room price on the phone? The staff there except for the servers at the breakfast bar all need proper training."
