I also inquired about switching to a room with two queen beds and was told none were available, but I was offered what was described as an “ideal rate” for another room for two nights. While we were at breakfast, I received a call from the hotel stating they had charged an additional $600 for one night, and the desk representative did not honor the two-night arrangement as discussed. Had I known this, I would have stayed in the original room. To make matters worse, the room itself was unacceptable. There was blood on the pillow upon arrival, the room smelled strongly of smoke despite being a non-smoking room, and there was visible mold and mildew in the bathroom. Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience due to both poor communication and lack of cleanliness. I would not recommend staying here."

"This is probably the cheapest stay you will find. You pay for what you get, bedding was clean, but the room looks like has not been meticulously cleaned in years. Like in the corners near the fridge there is old dehydrated food and dirt. Overall it will save the day if you are on a budget, the people who works there is nice."

Room was super dusty and didn’t seem clean in general. Holes and scuffs in several areas on the walls. 2 towels in the room despite us clearly having 3 people. Everything seemed old and not updated. "
