This is a great hotel within 2 min walking distance to the beach. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of breakfast buffet. Fairly quiet but due to no carpets (normal in hot countries/areas)

Location, location, location

Very nice, renovated hotel in the middle og everything! Just 5 min. walk to the trainstatipn were you can jump in the train to Nice, Cannes etc. 5 min walk from restaurant, shots, bar and to the beach. The hotellrom is very comfortable with a spacious bathroom with free Nuxe products, very good bed and plenty of wardrobe space.

This is our second year visiting The Hotel Helios. Once again we had a fantastic stay there. The staff are extremely friendly and always on hand to help and advise with anything. The hotel is well positioned near to the beach and all the local shops and restaurants. The train station is just a five minute walk away so we were able to visit Cannes easily. It is a five minute walk to catch the ‘Petit Train’ which is a 20 minute ride into Antibes. We went on this several times as the trip is a great way to see the local sights between Juan Les Pins and Antibes where there are many shops and restaurants. We will definitely visit again and recommend to friends .

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Helios. Close to the beach and the staff were wonderful. The room was spacious and had a terrace, which we didn’t expect. We highly recommend.

Really friendly staff upon arrival, great room (301) which had a huge and very comfy bed and a view (limited) of the sea which was a real bonus. Clean and tidy bathroom with quality toiletry products for use. We didn’t use the bar but it looked lovely. Central to everything you could want in Juan Le Pins

I loved every aspect of my stay - 5 stars

I loved the stay. The staff was very welcoming and made me feel at home. Patricia and Anthony are two of the best, I didn't get the names of the rest of the team but the staff when I was leaving also was very nice. The hotel itself is newly renovated and is super clean and beautiful. It's now my go-to place in Juan le Pins/Antibes. 3-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and the main street for shopping and hanging out. I couldn't have asked for better.

Hotel Helios - so much unrealized potential! Great location - center of town, with own private beach. And yet, such poor management - slightly aggressive, at least unhelpful reception and operations staff. Wow! So ripe for a Buy Out. Private Equity - look here!!!

It was close to restaurants and the beach. The staff was very nice. The beds were clean. Close to a supermarket and a yummy bakery. The room was not quiet. You could hear street noise and the people in the hallway and next door. Bring earplugs. Also the shower grout was black from mould. At least the shower drained. Also the area around the doorhandle to the wc was very dirty. I wiped it and the cloth was very dirty. The walls were banged up and could use a wipe More attention to cleanliness would go along way. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Location was great, 2 minute walk from lots of restaurants, and 5 min walk from the beach. The room was spacious and clean. A couple of things which could have been better: the shower didn’t drain properly, causing a bit of flooding in the room; the tea was not replaced/refilled and I had to call reception to ask them to bring some more up as I like a cup of tea in the mornings; the in-room phone didn’t work so when calling reception for the tea and an iron, I had to use my phone. However the staff were very polite and I would stay here again.

The rooms are very nice with little terraces and modern facilities. The parking is incredibly convenient and absolutely worth reserving. The local area would be great were it not for the fact that major works are being undertaken on the beach and as such instead of being accessible 100m from the hotel it's closer to half a km. The hotel normally have arrangements with a couple of local restaurants for private beach and sun lounger access but these restaurants are shut. Beach proximity was a key selling point for us so it was extremely disappointing not to know in advance and before paying! Were it not for this I would have scored the hotel as excellent across the board.
