"Very bad condition."

"I was not expecting it to be like a motel setting, it was all type of homeless people hanging around the area. When my fiancé asked for more clean towels he was told he had to wait on the morning staff to come with the carts. It did have the Waffle House which share the same parking lot as the hotel the special K and another gstation is walking distance from the room and the room is like 24mins from downtown "

"Right next door to the construction of the new Nissan Stadium. From 6:58 in the morning until 5 pm constant noise and traffic. No possibility of rest or peace . Do not stay here if at all possible.I was notified of the construction the night before we arrived. Hotel staff sent us a white noisemaker… didn’t help at all ."

"My only real issue was with the tax exempt form. Other than that, the stay was good."

"I would recommend offer alternatives for customers who don’t eat pork. Breakfast only had pork sausages. Also, the staff should be able to bring items such as blankets to the guest room instead of requesting them to come to front desk for pick up."

"Check in was not good, front desk girl was not as friendly as I would expect. And also, all of the front desk trolleys were taken up with boxes and supplies for the hotel. The front desk clerk told me I needed to go up to one of the upper floors and get my own trolley. Or she told me that she would unload one but it would take a while because she was the only one there. The lady before me just unloaded the boxes from one of the trolleys and took it. Then when we got to our room the hallway...

"Absolutely terrible, gross and not clean. We booked 3 nights we were in for work only stayed one night and checked out the next morning. Loud and smelled disgusting!! I’m asking for a refund!!"

"Freezing pool, dirty towels, no real blinds so flood lights were blinding, no drain stoppers, flickering lights, super small trash cans, smells like cigarettes and wet dog, and stains on the comforter. The only decent thing was the main staff guy and the breakfast was alright. The orange juice and apple juice were out of order one of the days and the hot water for tea barely came out. I would not stay there again even if I was bribed."
