cso vá com idodos solicite quarto térreo, as escadas são ingremes e não achei muito seguras pois tem degraus curtos. estava chovendo e ainda piorou o acesso aos quartos superiores. achei a roupa de cama e toalhas muito antigas e com pouco ou nenhum conforto. estavam surradas e ou rasgadas. de resto foi ok.

Hospedagem

No início fomos recepcionados por uma moça simpática fizemos checkin e gentilmente nos trocou de quarto porque o que tinha nos colocado era próximo a rua e como fica em uma rua principal faz muito barulho. O quarto e simples , pequeno, e toalhas e roupa de cama assim como o colchão são bem usados. O ar condicionado não conseguimos usar , muito barulhento. A pia enchia de água quando usavamos. Pedimos pra arrumarem nosso quarto e o que fizeram foi dobrar o lençol bem mal dobrado e esticar a coberta, não trocaram as toalhas e no quarto era meio difícil secar, solicitamos uma toalha e veio uma suja , não usamos. No outro dia foi a mesma coisa , meu esposo reclamou e deram duas toalhas , acho que isso é comum na pousada.. O café da manhã é bom.Me deu a impressão de ser uma pousada mais para pessoas que estão de passagem como caminhoneiros e pessoas que trabalham na hospedagem de cavalo que lá tem isso. Tem até estacionamento pra cavalo. Fiquei até receosa de carrapato pois levei minha cachorrinha. Não me hospedaria novamente. Não é tão barata e o serviço não é bom e as instalações também não.

Ja fiquei outra vez na pousada, desta vez achei que o cafe não oferecia muitas opções e meu quarto estava cheio de bichos, besouro, mosquitos etc. Fui até a recepção para saber se tinha algum tipo de veneno, nos disseram que tinha em cada quarto um aparelho de tomada, mas no meu não timha e não tinham outro para disponibilizar... não dormimos tão tranquilos e sossegado... mas em fim, acho que deveriam ter reserva ou pelo menos vender na lojinha da recepção um Baygon, detefon, algo assim!

Foi muito boa, adorei o lugar, apesar de estar um pouco longe da Basílica, mas não tive problemas de transporte, a Pousada oferece ótima opção. Eu já recomendei para alguns amigos.

Excelente café da manhã, com ótima variedade de pães e bolos, inclusive itens extras como canjica, arroz doce e uma deliciosa paçoca de amendoim. Excelente atendimento no café da manhã, muito atenciosa a funcionária Tati. No quarto, estava quase tudo ok: ar condicionado, camas, frigobar, chuveiro... somente os travesseiros poderiam ser mais confortáveis.
