A Luxurious Place To Chill Out In Barbados

"Close driving distance to the beach and shopping area in Holetown. Good choice of restaurants along the coast as well. The unit itself offers a lovely view of the ocean and sunsets. If you intend to do a little cooking, you'll be very pleased with what is at your disposal. Highly recommended."

"We stayed 6 nights (August 21st-August 27th) as Diamond Club members. From the second we arrived, we felt like we could exhale! We felt like we were on vacation immediately. We received professional, attentive service and check-in was pretty quick and seamless. Our Butlers (Michael, Chaddo, and Taneah) were excellent!! They were always available and responsive and addressed everything we asked for. But I want to also acknowledge that all the staff we encountered on the resort were super nice and helpful. The food at the resort was good! It's true only 2 of the 4 restaurants were open each night - but you can only eat at one at a time anyway. We really liked Kai Asian Fusion as our favorite. The beach was AMAZING! Beautiful. It is big enough and there are plenty of lounge chairs and beach service is very decent. The water is clear, warm and there is excellent snorkeling right at our beach (a lot of boat tours come and dock in the water in front of the resort to let snorkelers do their thing because it’s such a good spot). The roof pool and main level pool were very nice as well. The nighttime entertainment was pretty good but ends early. The weather was fantastic - hot, but not humid. It is a 1-minute walk into Holetown and there are great places to explore and lots shopping, a grocery store is like a 5 minute walk. We ate at Tides in town our last night - and it was so good and so memorable. The only thing I would say is that the Royalton could improve is"

"Our stay at Blue Sky was spectacular. The home is gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice. It is truly a luxury villa. The space is immaculately clean and there are an abundance of extra towels and linens. The pool was the perfect size for our small group. Kitchen was well equipped and the house manager was able to address all of our questions. Only issue I want to mention is that there is an additional daily charge for the community amenities, like access to the main pool with jacuzzi and the fitness center."

"Well appointed ground floor apartment. Two spacious, air conditioned, bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The apartment has everything you need to cater for yourself but a few minute walk takes you to the resort bar/restaurant and a short trip takes you to Holetown with all of its choices of bars and restaurants. Sugar Hill grounds are meticulously maintained and the pools kept very clean too. Gym access was very useful to have too.Cheryl is a very friendly, proactive and responsive host. Everything was clear prior to arrival and any questions whilst we were there were answered very quickly. Woikd be more than happy to stay again."
