Ein Hotel, in welches man gerne wiederkommt

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Auch das Servicepersonal -sowohl im Restaurant als auch im Zimmer- war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das gewünschte Zustellbett hat ohne Probleme ins Zimmer gepasst. Hinter dem Hotel gibt es eine gepflegte Außenanlage mit See, Kinderspielplatz und Außengastronomie.

nicht gefallen hatr die Kühle, etwas unpersönliche Atmosphäre bei vielen. Es wurde beim Frühstück nicht zwischendurch abgeräumt, was bei kleinen Tischen nicht optimal ist

Für Rollstuhlfahrer sehr zu empfehlen

Wir sind mit Rollstuhl angereist und es klappte alles reibungslos.Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig und alle anderen Annehmlichkeiten waren sehr gut zu erreichen.Personal war stehts bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.Danke

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit Abstrichen

Wir buchten das Hotel wegen der Nähe zu Jena. Die kostenfreie Tiefgarage ist leider schon etwas ‘in die Jahre gekommen’. Das Zimmer lag leider zur Straße; bei offenem Fenster wurde man morgens durch Autos geweckt. Das Frühstück war vorbildlich unter Corona-Gesichtspunkten organisiert (Handschuhe für die Gäste). Abends ist die Terrasse im Innenhof ein Highlight. Wir haben uns Wohlgefühl.

Great location and service.

Great place for a family reunion. We spent our 25th wedding anniversary with the family in this beautiful location. Great location, comfy beds, and a great breakfast buffet every morning. Two nice restaurants in easy walking distance and the hotel has a full service restaurant as well. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Bin enttäuscht 😞

Die Gegebenheiten und das Ambiente sind hervorragend, werden aber bedauerlicherweise nicht ausgeschöpft. Personell am Abend unterbesetzt und infolgedessen angesichts einer großen Gruppe und weiteren Hotelgästen deutlich überfordert. Verschärfend wirkt die Tatsache, das ein Kellner in der letzten Arbeitswoche vor dem Jobwechsel deutlich zeigt, dass er wenig Freude an seiner Arbeit hat … Der jüngste im Kellnerteam ist positiv herauszuheben; mit wenig Unterstützung versucht er die Situation zu retten; guter Mann! Gar nicht geht, dass gegen 6.10 Uhr am nächsten Tag die Müllabfuhr gut 10 Minuten derart lautstark ihre Mission erfüllt, dass auch der letzte Gast auf dieser Gebäudeseite vom süßen Morgen wach geküsst gerade im Bett sitzt … um die Enttäuschung am letzten Urlaubstag perfekt zu machen, ist das Frühstück nun eine erstklassige Gelegenheit: freilich muss man am Buffett Handschuhe tragen, dass jedoch die warmen Speisen (Rührei und Beilagen) ohne Abdeckung präsentiert werden, gefällt natürlich auch den Fliegen .. traurig auch, dass sich die Küche nicht imstande bzw. unwillig zeigt, den neunjährigen Kakao mit Milch zuzubereiten … der aus dem Automaten mit Wasser schmeckt einfach nicht …

Das Haus ist wunderschön am Schloß Apolda gelegen. Das Frühstück konnte draussen am Teich eingenommen werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilsbereit. Das Zimmer guter Hotelstandard. Wir haben einmal zu Abend gegessen: Ausgezeichnete Küche zu guten Preisen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es Einschränkungen durch Bauarbeiten; wir wurden telefonisch darauf hingewiesen. Es hat die Aufenthaltsqualität kaum geschmälert.
