"The staff was very helpful and attentive to our request. The breakfast was good and free. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The standard king room was smaller than I thought it would be. The hotel was in an excellent location right in the center of Pigeon Forge."

"This is a place my family returns to at least once a year. We always have an amazing time. Wilderness at the Smokies is clean, well maintained and fun. We always feel safe there. I enjoy relaxing in the lazy river and hot tub, but my kids always get me to go on waterslides with them too."
Edgewater Hotel - Gatlinburg

"This hotel is located along the river and directly adjacent to the Gatlinburg main strip making it a perfect choice. The Edgewater is one of the best maintained hotels I have visited. The front desk staff was wonderful and accommodating. The room was so nice, neat and clean. Although we did not make use of the pool area it looked very inviting. The morning breakfast was very satisfying. Definitely a place I would stay again."

"The interior of the hotel was fine, but our balcony had some gross stagnant water from the a/c unit above dripping water on it and it doesn’t run off, just pools up. The exterior of the hotel needs some sprucing up and the outdoor furniture could use some fixing up as well. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to stay and the trolley service coming right up to the front is extremely convenient. The food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner."
