"I was very surprised for the cost just how nice the hotel was. Great location and the breakfast was good, although as a Canadian I can’t stand sausage gravy and biscuits, but there were other items to choose. I would definitely stay here again"

"Very nice hotel in downtown knoxville. Parking is pricey, but you can park in The Locust street Public parking deck, which is one street over, for a quarter the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Venue is well maintained and in a nice central location in downtown knoxville. My only problem was about 3:30 In the morning, the fan on the air conditioner started making a horrendous noise and it made it very hard to sleep even with earplug in. If I wasn't preparing to leave in the next couple hours, I probably would have asked to move rooms, but by the time I moved rooms, it'd be time for me to pack up, start heading out. I did inform staff checkout and they said they would have someone look into it."

"Clean room, scavenger hunt for the grandkids, cabana’s were great! The only negative I have to say is the inside pool had an extremely strong smell of chlorine the evening we got there. The rest of the time it was awesome!!"
