"Representative that checked us in was very friendly. She was clear about the amenities and offered their service for anything we needed at any time. Breakfast was great, filling and everything was piping hot. Slept the whole night. This was a great experience. "
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brunswick - Harpers Ferry Area by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"There are many good points about this property like a very comfortable bed, cleanliness, a pleasant eating patio, spacious lobby, etc. I would recommend it for those reasons. Unfortunately, the staff was not able to keep up with the crowd during the rush on the holiday weekend so if you were not willing to wait in the long lines (6-8 people), you did not get a hot breakfast. They also gave me information when booking the reservation which they reneged upon. I am glad to report that they eventually did something to "compensate" for it though it should have come voluntarily and much sooner than it did."
