"Definitely not a 4start hotel, I would say its maybe 2 stars at best. Originally, we were put in a handicap room that did not have a toilet seat, had tears in the toilet (unsanitary), had used shampoo containers in the shower (so was likely not cleaned well) and had a horrible smell from the shower bathroom like sewage. We arrived late at night so we stayed and first thing in the morning asked to change rooms. The front desk staff was very rude and annoyed at the request and refused to move us. When, I said that I would need to cancel the remaining nights to find a new hotel, then they looked to change rooms but gave us a VERY hard time about it. The new room was only ok, at least no smell. They claim that in the future they will make all rooms handicap accessible, meaning no toilet seats and open showers, which I find very uncomfortable for families. The beds are not comfortable, the hotel is very out of the way and breakfast is quite limited (at least friendly staff for breakfast). We will definitely not stay at this hotel again. "

"Clean rooms, excellent breakfast and superb staff"

"Apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything needed for our stay including an incredible coffee maker and washer/dryer. Parking was always available in the gate controlled parking lot. The location was close to stores, parks, restaurants, and gelato. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly even giving us advice on how best to travel to the AC Milan soccer game. He met us at the property when we arrived and thoroughly explained everything in the apartment. We plan on returning to Milan in the future and will stay here again. "

"A good night's sleep in a decent hotel. It was clean, quiet and the staff were helpful. Situated 20 minutes from Milan Linate and Milan Bergamo airports, and outside the city's perimeter which means you aren't charged the 'soggiorno' tax "

"It was a cute older hotel. It was somewhat in the country but close to many places to eat. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"The actual room isn’t the bad but on arrival it does look like you are entering a Prison and that’s not even me being dramatic. The hotel is in a weird area in the middle of nowhere it’s surrounded by high mental spiked fences and the gate locks there’s no way.of getting in or out without the guy who contacts you on WhatsApp letting you. It’s very strange. I did question when entering if I would come out of there alive but here I am writing this review. Room was clean with a hidden touch of tobacco. Bathroom is nice and the room was fine for what I needed it for which was just an early flight stop off. "
