"Me and my gf had booked a 1 bed room for our 3 year anniversary, not only has the room been above our expectations and exactly what we were wanting, but the lady at the front desk (who has been working at the front all day Thursday, I didn’t get her name!) has been the most helpful worker I think i’ve ever seen in any establishment. She kept very friendly conversation with us and seemed very happy about us having our 3 year at this hotel, and even invited us to the snack shop to help ourselves to what snacks and drinks were there. Me and my girlfriend both decided that if we wanna have a night in Kansas City again, we’re going though with you guys just because this worker lady was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you all for the experience!"

"Our two night stay was perfect. The employees were helpful and super friendly. The breakfast was well stocked and had lots of variety - one of the best. Our room was very clean and the person who cleaned our room was attentive. Check-in was fast and, as always, the chocolate chip cookies were delicious. A+ stay! I’m a returning guest and have been happy both stays. Perfect place for T-Mobile concerts. "
