Peguei uma pernoite pois estava cansada. Usamos só para dormir para voltar na estrada. Um casal, eu e meu marido! Achamos o atendimento péssimo! No check out principalmente. O meu era só para entregar as chaves do quarto, esperei 15 minutos pois tinha gente na frente que fez estadia pela empresa e teve que tirar uma nota para cada consumo no hotel. Pedi para que chamassem outra pessoa para adiantar os outros check out, até pq tinham mais duas pessoas atrás de mim, e a atendente disse que não precisava de ajuda. O pior, eu tinha que terminar de chegar no aeroporto MCZ, deu certo pq não estávamos em cima da hora. Mas absolutamente não recomendo e não volto!

O quarto que ficamos horrível cheirando a mofo o piso todo úmido sem nenhuma condição para a hospedagem fizeram uma limpeza mais sem sucesso, telefone sem funcionar (mudo), o colchão péssimo, as toalhas muito velhas sem condição de uso para o valor que paguei na hospedagem.

Todo o hotel é muito bom, café, instalações, elevador etc... Até chegar no quarto. Paredes sujas, rodapé solto, banheiro com paredes sujas também, a pedra da mesa praticamente segura por um parafuso só, chuveiro todo enferrujado, ar condicionado com as peças faltando. Parece que todos os problemas do hotel estavam naquele quarto. Às vezes dei azar e peguei um quarto ruim, mas precisam ver ele urgentemente. Não condiz com o restante do hotel

Terrível!

O Hotel não segue o padrão do Ibis e não existe manutenção. Caso vc não tome banho cedo, fica sem água quente. As toalhas parecem pano de chão, o colchão um pedaço de espuma velha e os edredons todos rasgados. Foi difícil dormir todas as noites nesse hotel.

Pedi apenas para juntar as camas de solteiro para tentar ficar uma de casal, pois na hora da reserva não tinha mais quarto com cama de casal, e eles ignoraram completamente o pedido. Terrível, logo quando cheguei tive uma surpresa na cobrança de estacionamento, quando precisei falar com a recepção o telefone estava mudo, a atendente não escutava minha voz, e mesmo após diversas tentativas ela não teve a capacidade de ligar para o meu telefone, quando fui fazer o checkout faltou energia e tive que dever 6 andares de escada com as malas, se quer foi oferecido uma ajuda com as malas, espero não precisar usar os serviços do Íbis.

FORA DO PADRÃO IBIS

Não foi agradável chegar no check-in e descobrir que iriam cobrar mais de 50 reais por conta da nossa pet, sendo que no site apenas informava "aceita animais", mas nada sendo dito sobre taxas adicionais. Além disso, a reserva era para casal, mas sequer haviam toalhas de rosto e apenas um de corpo. Faltaram materiais de banho também. Para piorar, o telefone estava mudo e tive que descer para pedir mais toalhas. Bem desagradável depois de chegar cansado de viagem.
