Calm Home next to Trailhead and Cal Poly

LOCATION: Our place is a two-story house ideally located right across the street from Arcata Community Forest. From here you only need a 2-min drive to get to Cal Poly Humboldt University. Close to Arcata city center, where you can explore the Farmer's Market at the plaza every Saturday.

PET: We allow up to two pets per stay, with a pet fee (*please include your pets in the booking*). Pets are NOT allowed on furniture. Please DO NOT leave pets unattended.

INTERNET: We pay for gigabyte internet service. Our place is perfect for remote working that requires video calls.

THE HOUSE: Spacious two-story house with a total size of 2,425 sqft. Can host 8 people very comfortably. Second floor: living room, full kitchen , dining area, sun room; 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 full bathrooms. There are a total of 15 stairs to get to the second floor. First floor: living room, kitchenette, 1 full bedroom, 1 full bathroom, pool table, arcade game, laundry room. This floor is also accessible from the garage without stairs.

BABY STUFF: We have a baby gate at the top of the stairs. Some baby supplies (high chair, stroller, rocking horse, Pack n’ play, switch covers can be found around the house or upon asking).

Guests have access to the entire house including the backyard. We have only exterior cameras at the property for security reasons.

Arcata Short-Term Rental Permit: #607310. The total price includes a 10% short-term rental tax that’s required by the city.
