"Well, there’s a first for everything. I was lucky enough to experience a bed bug infestation. I called the office to inform them while I was at work. I explained the situation over the phone around 9am and gentleman on the phone sounded like he couldn’t care less. I figured they would call me back once they found. They didn’t. I called a few hours later. Same guy. He’s like “oh yeah, it’s bed bugs; we moved your stuff to another room.” Not apologetic, nothing. Move to new room and wake up this...

"We found bugs in both the beds in the 2 bedroom suite on the 2nd floor of the carriage house. We left for a different hotel. "

"The location, amenities, and staff were all top notch. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative that I would report was the fact that we were able to clearly hear the guest in the next room. This might have been due to the fact that it was a connecting room. But that wouldn’t deter me from staying here in the future. "

"We found bedbugs in our room. We were located to a new a room. Then was told by the front desk that we should have been made to stay in that room or given a refund to stay somewhere else. We had been out all day and returned late that night. It was 12am and they were okay with putting"

"Very helpful staff at check in, gave us a wheelchair for the day to visit the aquarium easily, told us about Route 66 at night, lent us tourism books on Tulsa. They were fabulous."

"This location is average. It’s older and could use some TLC. Wall trim at bottom could use regrouting. Bathroom could use same. The shower control, although new, was very confusing. Also in our room, the bathroom was tiny. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast choices are limited, but well made."
