"What a cute place! It’s a gem. Breakfast was tasty. The room was so comfortable- we didn’t want to leave. We borrowed bikes and rode to the beach and around the area. Good restaurants nearby too. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed at Blue View with our family (4 adults 3 children) in August for 10 nights. The accommodation was very clean and equip with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. With more than ample living space. There is a shared laundry room. Which housed a new washing machine and dryer. A games room which also housed a dishwasher, table and chairs for families who liked to dine together. There are shared BBQ’s to cook on if you prefer. There are no ovens in the apartments. But there is a microwave and hob. The pool is literally outside the apartments, and the beautiful beach just a few steps away. The beach is outstanding. Watching the Turtles come on to the beach to lay their eggs was very very special. A supermarket is just a short ten min drive away. The managers of the property were so kind and helpful. The afternoon before we left they BBQ’d us the most delightful meal. For us all to share. So very generous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue View. "
"We had a great family getaway. Everything about this property was beyond expectations. Super clean and beautifully decorated and furnished, had everything you can possibly need, including beach gear, so you don’t have to bring anything (maybe just ice). It’s near a couple of restaurants and nature preserves, but away from busy city life. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach!! Our hostess was always quick to answer questions and was very kind. Our kids were sad to leave. "
"Great location not at all crowded on beach , seen sea turtles, dolphins, manatee’s and two rocket launches adding his to one of our favorites. Great communication with management we had one small issue and they took care of it ASAP so no negatives only positives . Highly recommend we rented whole house so had plenty room having both upstairs and down and very affordable "

"Two families decided to get away to VIP island for the weekend. We are so glad we did. The house is exactly as described. Perfect set up for two families two bedrooms upstairs two bedrooms downstairs. Both with a kitchen. Erin was an excellent hostess, who responded quickly anytime we had a question. The house is modern with everything you could possibly need for a weekend getaway. VIP island is relaxing close to Sebastian close to the sandbar close to Open water. We loved everything about it and will absolutely be back."

"Super unique and fun stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful.Just a couple of suggestions for future guests planning on staying for more than a couple days: Take ice for the cooler, possibly an extra cooler, paper plates and utensils, paper towels, extra garbage bags. But I'm pretty sure if there was anything you needed/forgot the owners would supply or direct you on an easy means to get it. They are very responsive. I highly recommend you rent their boat. Driving around and docking up to restaurants really made the trip enjoyable. But simply staying on the house, watching the sunrise and sunset with fish jumping, dolphin fins, manatee nose peaking out of the water is an ideal way to get away for peace and tranquility. "
