Find hotels near Arco Farnese, Rome from AED 635

"This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. I arrived to check in after 4pm, only to find the doors locked. Apparently, the front desk is only open from 8am–4pm, which is completely unreasonable for a hotel and, more importantly, not clearly stated anywhere in the booking description. There was no warning that arriving later would leave you locked out. To make things worse, the property is nearly impossible to find at night. There is no proper signage, just a small, unlit plaque. You could walk right past it multiple times and never realize it’s a hotel. I tried calling the phone number listed on Expedia, and it was disconnected. With no way to access the building or contact anyone, I was forced to book another hotel around the corner for the night. When I returned the next morning, they claimed they had sent me messages through the Expedia app with check-in instructions. I never received them and showed proof of that to the clerk. Their response? Essentially a shrug. No effort to take responsibility, no attempt to make it right. I paid $1,800 for four nights and only received three, with absolutely nothing offered for the lost night. No refund, no credit, no accountability, or even a basic apology that meant anything. This is not a luxury property. It’s an inconvenience waiting to happen. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. "

"The representation of the property here at Expedia is different from the reality! No room service, every morning you have to go to a different building that front desk is and pick up your breakfast card, then walk somewhere else for breakfast which they dont open till 7:30am, when traveling to Rome you need to eat early so you can make it to the place you like to visit early so you can be at the front of the line.we had a room in an apartment sharing with 4 other families! When we booked I thought its a regular hotel but its like a pension. "

"How Expedia rated this hotel in the "luxury" category is beyond me. This is at best a 2-star hotel, as it was missing some very basic amenities, such as a coffee make and there was NO air conditioning service (not turned on until summer, I was told). All this besides the fact the hotel is very near a bad area (Termini terminal) and I was told by the staff to not go there when night falls. Expedia needs to do better."

"The staff was amazing, specially Luccrecia. The room were small but very clean and new. The only thing that would have made it excellent if the bar had some food items at night. But even though they didn’t the staff warmed us some flat bread so we will not go to bed hungry. "
