"This was an interesting hotel. When we were dropped off at the door, the directions were not clear on how to enter. There is a panel and a big wooden door. We hit the buzzer for the hotel and maybe they opened the door but it was noisy and we didn't notice if it opened. I had to call because we couldn't figure out how to get in and they opened the door. Then, you walk down a big open outdoor area in between the buildings to find the door. The staff was very friendly and did say to contact them 24 hours a day if we needed help. The elevator will only fit one bag and person so very small. You wind through lots of little corridors and walkways to get to your room. The room was very nice but the air was so cold and we couldn't figure out how to make it warmer even with the remote. The shower was also lukewarm at best the day. The room itself was clean and comfortable and quiet. We had to wind through a crazy number of hallways to find the breakfast the next morning and it was honestly wasn't great. It was convenient and a quiet and had a great restaurant across the street so we liked the area. I would say it was fine for the money."

"Mamas house is so convenient. Walking distance to Trevi fountain Spanish step pantheon and the market is right on your doorstep. The facilities are great. Breakfast at the cafe downstairs was wonderful the lady running it was so friendly. We had a lovely pick up from the airport organised - highly recommend"

"The hotel location was conveniently in the pantheon piazza. We had a room in the annex building which was a little odd, but we knew to expect it from reading other reviews. The room itself was very nice and super clean but the location within a building also used for other purposes was definitely different. There was an office outside our room that had meetings going on throughout the day. Because we weren’t in the main building, when we went over there for assistance, they were reluctant to help until we could prove we were hotel guests. Then they were very helpful. Breakfast was in a restaurant nearby and it was pretty good. My daughter had an early tour and could not make the breakfast so they packed her a really nice meal to go. A nice service for sure. Would stay there again."
