"The hotel is in a great location in city centre. On check in we arrived early. Our check in was at 2:00pm and we arrived at 12:35pm. The woman at the front desk said it would be 35 euro to check in early. I paid the extra fee and the next person checking in was told to come back at 1:15 to check in. I paid 35 euro for an extra 30 minutes. There was no communication and I was quite annoyed. The staff made it up to us by putting a box of chocolates in our room and extra water. I had already paid for a superior double and with the extra charge I was at 500 euro for one night stay that did not include breakfast. The courtyards going to the elevator could use some updating. It was quite run down. All other staff members were amazing and personable. We are in the restaurant next door and that is excellent. The food was very good and the chef came out to check on how we enjoyed our meals Summing up the price is too high for the room and amenities. We stayed in another hotel around the corner for 4 nights that was excellent and included breakfast and a third cheaper a night."

"This hotel absolutely blew our minds. This was a GORGEOUS hotel with a beautiful church, an incredible restaurant, and a breakfast to die for. I highly recommend staying in one of the “Prestige” rooms for extra space. It also had a huge bathtub which was so nice after walking around all day. There is a panoramic terrace on the top floor if you want a KILLER view of Rome with a glass of wine while the sun sets. It is also in the heart of Trastevere so right outside are all the great restaurants, cafes, and shops. I will absolutely be staying here on my next trip and I recommend you do too!"

"Fabulous location, staff very attentive, had a sauna in the bathroom with a hot tub, fantastic. The only downside was the noisy breakfast room and noise of people walking past on the wooden floors with high ceilings from 6am in the morning."

"So impressed with this hotel. Location is great for most things. The staff are just so lovely and helpful. We had the honeymoon suite which was fantastic with many treats included in the package. I didn’t expect to get so much free stuff, free welcome drink, dinner, minibar, flowers, sweets and prosecco in the room! Amazing would recommend to anyone"

"This was a great stay with a great location, the bar and rooftop were wonderful. The only thing to be aware of is that the AC in the rooms is very minimal. The unit had a lock on it which does not allow any temperature below 70 however even when we set it to this the room never got down to that or anywhere close. If it wasn’t a hot month this wouldn’t have been a draw back. The staff was excellent and this was a clean and new feeling property!"
