"Our accommodation was in an excellent location and was of an excellent standard throughout. The apartment was extremely well equipped and despite being in the centre of the city was quiet and peaceful. Prior to our arrival Abdel communicated arrangements and was a helpful and knowledgeable host. "Check-in was fine. The room (119) however, very tired, dirty chair, poorly maintained, revolting black stuff under rim of sink. The housekeeper had clearly cleaned the room well and it isn't that her cleaning g was poor, ir wasn't! But, the standard in thecroom, grubby, damaged wall sockets, poorly repaired. We could even hear next door talking...whence were in our bathroom their voices carried up through our sink!!! The overflows must somehow be shared with the room next door. Soundproofing very poor. Heatd every door open and close.Never again!"

"Best hotel in San Juan, Alicante. No question about it. However, a little update is needed, such as soundproofing, and the door room must be quiet, and the housekeeping personnel should be quieter at the time of their cleaning the room. Nonetheless, this is my third visit to Alicante, and this is the best price-to-quality ratio in the area for a 3-star hotel. Very safe and conveniently located near the beach. If I had to rate this hotel, I would give it nine out of ten. Thank you; I will certainly return to this fantastic hotel."

"A perfect location - just a few steps to the beach, close to everything, well-equipped, with nice bonuses like beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken for 8 days of our 9-day stay. We had to leave our strollers in the shed and carry kids and items to the upper floor. Another minus is very strange uncomfortable bedding - the mattresses are covered with 3-6 layers of sheets and protectors that barely hold, the pillows are awful."

"Absolutely amazing break away in this fabulous penthouse apartment. We arrived very late at night the hosts agents met us showed us around and was a great start to the break. Apartment has lovely spacious and comfortable furniture both inside and outside. Loads of room loved the BBQ on the roof terrace, sea views from the downstairs balcony as well as from the roof terrace.Lovely furnishings handy having 2 full bathrooms, as well as a kitchen that had everything you need to enjoy and easy to cook in. We will 100% return to stay here. Local restaurants within walking distance as well as a great supermarket! What more can you say apart from Consuelo was on hand for any advice or help when needed. Super easy check outIf you’re in this area and looking for a fabulous place then book this one !! "
