Good choice for Arequipa!

Our room was the closest to the road, so it was a bit loud, but it’s still a great choice for Arequipa! Lovely, standalone property!

Great place to stay! It’s not in the city center, but you can get easy transportation and it’s only 10 minutes away. Perfect for families, lots of green areas and great food at the restaurant.

Great Arequipa hotel

Amazing hotel and staff. Beautiful grounds just steps away from the main streets. You can walk everywhere and come back to a retreat with a tortoise and alpacas on the ground

Very clean hotel with beautiful rooms. Pool area is nice but too cold to swim in cold season. Park across the street is nice for smaller children. Many nice restaurants close by. Staff were very accommodating.

The staff is very attentive. Breakfast is very good with a terrific selection. The grounds are spacious and meticulously groomed. The pool and exercise facilities are well maintained It is a 10 minute walk to the plaza. The building is a former estate and is very interesting. It is easy to unload luggage and call a cab/uber. Well worth the money.

The restaurant and kitchen staff excellent . The receptionist on my check out ask me if I took some towels before double check that they were in the room. It was uncomfortable to be ask about it.

Not a 5 star hotel as it is supposed to be

The heating and air-conditioning never reached the set temperature. Everyday I had to ask the reception for bottle of water and coffee capsules. They never replaced them. The location is a bit out of the way. No other restaurants near by.

I liked the location and the great green areas within the hotel property. I did not like their shower system in the bathrooms. I did not like the refusal to accept my pet dog because her weight was over 15 Kg.

The bathroom in the rooms were very dangerous, entering and leaving the bathtub for showering was highly risky since there was one handrail only. There were no rooms with showers only and no tubs.
