Within the exclusive 2-storey residence, a communal outdoor swimming pool also offers the perfect summertime amusement for family and friends (open from 1st May - 30th September). Guests also have access to a single private parking space. Please note that a car is essential due to the property’s hillside location.

The modern hillside residence is located above Argegno, along ‘Via Salita Andrea Brenta snc’, 4 minutes’ drive from the well-serviced lakeside centre, where restaurants, cafes, passenger ferry-stop and bus links can be found. The touristic Central lake is under 10 minutes’ drive away, whilst the buzzing lake capital of Como is 35 minutes’ drive away. The fashionable swiss lake city of Lugano is 53 minutes’ drive, whilst Milan Malpensa airport is 58 minutes’ drive away.
