Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
L’hote n’a jamais répondu à nos messages téléphoniques et sms. Nous n’avions donc jamais eu l’information pour récupérer les clés du logement le 28/07 au soir, alors que la réservation avait été validée il y a plus de 10 mois. Nous n’avons donc jamais eu accès au logement. Nous attendons aujourd’hui le remboursement d’Abritel pour un relogement d’urgence. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôte et nous demandons pourquoi il est toujours en disponibilité sur la plate forme!
