"I’m quite disappointed with the room service during my stay. I called twice to request an extra quilt or bedsheet from the room service team and once at reception, but despite staying for five nights, no one ever provided it. Additionally, it was very disappointing to find that the indoor pool is not available for children and the outdoor pool isn’t suitable for kids either. This makes the hotel not very family-friendly, which isn’t clearly stated on website. I would strongly recommend making...

"Clean room, lovely food- bbq night on terrace and Mexican night were delicious, breakfast full English also very good. Not too busy round the pool, could always get a sunbed. Cheap taxi to las vistas beach €8. The play park is perfect for kids. I think the kids entertainment in the evening wasn’t great- they said there was a kids disco at 8.30pm but this never seemed to happen- just someone doing balloons- also quite late for kids entertainment. Overall a fantastic stay "

"The reception team were fantastic! We arrived after hours, and the clear instructions and photos provided made it so easy to find our room card. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and straightforward, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We loved the location too — quiet, peaceful, and with lovely walks to nearby restaurants and shops."

"3rd time we've stayed here this year alone(and took many to remember previously)and already booked for 6 weeks time.we love the place.The rooms are spotless and the staff from reception to the cleaners and friendly and hard working.Yes,it's up a bit of a hill,but worth the work for the elevated views.Breakfast buffet is excellent!"
