All the hotel staff were superb and make you feel like you're on holiday at all times. The superior double room was great with amazing views of the lake and mountains. "As a frequent traveler, the room that we had looked relatively modern. They offer a pretty decent variety for breakfast. They offer rubber flip flops too for the pool 🏊. Service was just ok. Didnt really feel welcomed by some of the staff there compared to other hotels that I've been to in Italy. Anyway, a-ok hotel but just to give you guys a head's up its located up on top of the mountain. Either you can walk up and down this mountain 50 minutes each or someone has to be a designated driver....

"Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick (ca. 25 m²) gebucht, erhielten jedoch stattdessen ein deutlich kleineres Zimmer (ca. 12 m²) mit Terrasse am Parkplatz und ohne Seeblick. Das Zimmer wirkte unfertig und wie ein Einzelzimmer. Da bei unserer Ankunft nur der Barkeeper anwesend war, sollten wir einen Zimmerwechsel am nächsten Tag ansprechen. An der Rezeption hieß es mehrere Tage lang, das Hotel sei ausgebucht und wir sollten täglich erneut nachfragen. Parallel kontaktierte auch Expedia...
