"Appart'City was a great choice for us as a base for a week. The rooms were so clean with eco-friendly products. The kitchen was great so we could prepare small meals. It is close to public transport and easy access to the city centre. The staff were very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others to choose. "

"When we arrived at the hotel we were told that we had no reservation. Our trip was a family trip with two children. We showed them the photocopy of the reservation, they were not satisfied and demanded that I show them the original email (on my mobile phone) and that I call my tour operator, which I did. "The room itself and the staff are fabulous. Getting into the building is another thing. Who wants to stand outside flagging around with their phone and trying to scan QR codes and fill in more forms? I will stay again but email for the access code in advance. If not for this, I would have awarded five stars."
