"Very nice home loved the stay close to boat launch and town gorgeous yard enjoyed the 3 day stay very relaxing and the host was great and provided odds and ends that I forgot and they had everything labeled which was great cause then I did not have to search for anything overall very awesome and the the check in and out very fast and easy"

"nice enough, only real complaint was the parking lot. There is not much they can do about it but it is small and very difficult to navigate around in. Large vehicles and vehicles with canoes on top are a real issue."

"We really enjoyed the peaceful tranquility of the cabin and property. It’s a short walk to the lake and both the path and lake itself are lovely. We didn’t use the kayak or canoe but those are nice amenities. Safe, sturdy dock that we fished off of. Kitchen was well stocked and the bed was firm but comfy. The water is very hard so don ’t expect a great lather but the sink and shower had good pressure and water nice and hot. Communication with the host is excellent. We’d stay here again!"

"Stayed at Winderness Wind several times and its always a wonderful stay! Jay is great and there to help with whatever you need. The cabins are rustic, clean and just steps from the lake. We plan to be back again next year!"

"Nice and quiet setting. Had several "regulars" that gave us a little tour and general housekeeping guidelines. Very friendly atmosphere. All your basics necessities to stay an extended period of time. Definitely will due it again."

"This place is a gem. So quiet and peaceful. Loved the rustic cabins and access to canoes, kayaks, fishing gear, and communal spaces. Jay the host is super friendly and has an A-tier fire building game. Enthusiastically recommend."
