The apartment has two bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. You'll find a master bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, perfect for children or friends. Every corner has been designed with your comfort in mind.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. You will have all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare delicious meals during your stay.



Enjoy two bathrooms: one with a shower and another with a toilet, which facilitates cohabitation and speeds up mornings. The apartment includes WiFi connection, television, and details such as a first aid kit, board games, hangers and an iron.



The exterior offers a charming balcony and garden furniture to enjoy outdoor moments. Additionally, the apartment features a shared swimming pool perfect for cooling off on sunny days.



Your location is unbeatable: just 650 metres from Playa de la Ballena, 550 metres from Hiperdino supermarket, and with nearby restaurants and cafés such as Gastro Gallo and Dompe Caffè. The bus stop is 350 metres away, facilitating mobility.



Important note: Pets and youth groups are not allowed. The apartment is non-smoking.

Additional information about our accommodations:



- Our check-in hours are from 15:00 to 22:00.



- In case of loss of keys, swimming pool cards or garage remote control (if applicable) we will charge a surcharge in accordance with the replacement cost.



- The door opening service during your stay will incur an additional charge (in the event of misuse of the keys).



- In the event that we incur a locksmith expense due to misuse of the keys, the guest shall bear the full cost of this service.



- Extra textiles and cleaning during the stay must be requested in advance, subject to availability, and will incur an additional charge.



- The extra services of EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT must be requested in advance and await confirmation of availability. In the event that an extra service is charged to a card without first consulting our staff and there is no availability for it, the refund will be partial depending on the bank commission.



- During the summer months, the residential car park may reach full capacity, especially during peak hours. If there were no available spaces, guests could park in the surrounding areas. Parking is a service subject to availability and does not include a reserved space.
