"Very clean room and attentive staff. Glass of Buck’s Fizz on entry and the service didn’t stop from there. Helpful with taxis. Lovely pool and never any sunbed wars. Highly recommend"

"Great hotel, very clean, friendly staff who had a good level of English. Free bus from outside the hotel is helpful. 3 lovely pool, kids club in the morning and always something going on in the hotel by pool 3. AMAZING FOR GLUTEN FREE!!"

"Fantastic stay. Most relaxed holiday - beach/pool, eat, sleep and repeat. Loved the location - can easily walk to los cristianos old town one way, and las americas and beyond the other. we had a room overlooking the beach - sunbeds only 6 euros - and excellent beach restaurant - which was perfect. Connected rooms a bonus. Rooms Cleaned every day. Lovely pool - with new towels every day. Hotel pool bar with nice and reasonable menu. Breakfast in the morning accompanied by a pianist was delightful - so much choice. Every member of staff was lovely. Can get a taxi for about 10 euros to get between places, ie Del duque / fanabe. Restaurant recommendations: Essenza - 30 min walk - best views, arrive before sunseet. Oro di Napoli - los Cristianos old town - the best pizzas (and cheap!). Limonella - Italian - book in advance. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The hotel overall is good, the staff who clean the room & reception are every good, the staff who set tables at breakfast are good, but the staff who cook breakfast can sometimes be very rude. The WiFi at the hotel needs to be much better as we found it very poor. It cuts out & is atrocious at the pool area. The kids pool is good."

"The staff are very nice and food/breakfast are very good. We arrived really late on our first day, but they save us food to have that night, very much appreciate it. Lots of choices with your breafast and you can have as much as you can. The rooms have aircon and quite spacious. You have options to cook, but we avail halfboard with reasonable price with lots of choices. You have gymn, tennis court etc to enjoy during your stay. Swimming pools are clean. I highly recommend it for those who wants to stay in Tenerife."

"From the moment we booked in with a lovely lady, to getting to our suite with everything in it required for a self catering apartment. With a wonderful balcony overlooking the big pool, to our effortless checkout a week later. Couldn’t have asked for more from an accommodation. Definitely will be retuning."
