worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Unfortunately this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in , the door to my room would not lock, no WiFi in any rooms I changed rooms 4 times but then just gave in that they were all as bad. No TV channels, very very dirty, no light bulbs I had to use my head torch , broken kettle, hairdryer didn’t work. No chance at all of trying to eat the breakfast everything was disgusting . And even the service was awful they seemed to thing it was me having a problem that my door wouldn’t close as the hotel had security ! I will be calling hotels.com to see if they can help in some way and strongly advice they remove this hotel from there choices as there will be nothing but problems and it wasn’t even cheap otherwise you can excuse —— some things but not how dirty the place was. Dirty sheets , dirty bathroom , drips from the ceiling .. sorry it’s a very bad experience

The hotel location is good close distance from Arusha town. Property is very old, and needs urgent renovations. Not at all worth the rate of $140 per night.

Do not stay here!

This place is completely run down, little to no WiFi availability. Several had to change rooms between 2-5 times due to bugs, filth, water leakage. There was also no hot water to bathe with. We learned the owner passed away three years ago and no money has been put into hotel to maintain and repair things.

Hotel that has passed its glory days

I can tell this hotel used to be a nice hotel. But it looks like it has not been maintained (let alone upgraded) for over 10 years. Things are patched everywhere. For example, in our room's bathroom, they seemed to have moved the shower but the mark of where the water control were are clearly visible. The Hotel staff were very helpful and nice, hence the two stars, otherwise I would give them 1 or may be even zero star. There are many office space in this hotel. It may have acted like travel department or something. But these offices are no longer used and they are now used to storage. The problem with that is that these offices are in the prime locations of the hotel and they have see through windows. So when you wonder around the hotels, you will think you are in a old beat up office building.
