Cozy apartment with outdoor spaces, in Cala de Flores, a few steps from the Marina of Porto Cervo and a few minutes drive from the magnificent beaches of the Costa Smeralda.The apartment, located on the ground floor, boasts a large furnished veranda with dining area surrounded by plants and flowers: a perfect space to enjoy moments in the open air. The entrance opens onto the living area, equipped with a single sofa bed, a dining table, a television and a fully-equipped kitchen complete with an oven. The sleeping area features a bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined if necessary, and a closet. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. Guests will benefit from comforts such as a washing machine and iron.*The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of July to the 15 September.
