"Great location , next to perfect clean beach with emerald waters, possessing it’s own gardens and a couple of small secluded coves . Excellent restaurant. Hotel is tastefully furnished in a modern yet charming Italian style . Staff were very helpful and charming. We would definitely go back."

"¡Una experiencia de 10/10! ⭐️ Desde el primer momento, la atención al cliente fue increíble (Damarys fue muy amable y atenta con nosotros). Todo el personal fue súper amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que necesitábamos, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más agradable. La cama era cómoda, perfecta para descansar después de un día largo. En general, quedamos encantados con nuestra estancia. Excelente servicio, comodidad, limpieza, y un trato excepcional. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos al 100%. ¡10/10!"

"The property is beautiful, staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms were bigger than expected, basically apartments, and the view was wonderful. This was a family trip for our mom's 70th birthday. We booked 2 rooms, one of the rooms was in the building w parking. That was helpful for mom bc there are a lot of stairs and hills everywhere. My mom was disappointed they didn't have an iron she could use, but they did offer laundry service. The resort has staff with golf carts that will bring you down to the lobby if needed and assisted with the luggage. My only recommendation for the resort is with the parking in the building we stayed in, there should be a mirror or sensors to let an entering or exiting car know that another car is there. I was up the winding hill when a van wanted to come down and wanted me to reverse down, I didn't feel comfortable doing that especially being in a rental. Luckily a staff member was behind me and guided the van to reverse back into the parking area so I can move forward. The van driver wasn't happy and give me a nice Italian exchange of words. Any time I drove in or out I made sure to tap the horn to avoid this issue. Overall I would stay here again, it felt safe, friendly, and homey. Also, in a great area."

"Overall, we had a lovely stay at Pedra Santa. Its biggest advantage is definitely the location—it’s excellent and makes it easy to explore Costa Smeralda. Sardinia is absolutely stunning, and with gorgeous weather every day, it was hard not to enjoy ourselves. The hotel restaurant is very good, with delicious food and an amazing sunset view that made dinner feel extra special. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. On the evening we were getting ready to go to Phi Beach, we asked for an iron. Surprisingly, the staff couldn’t find one anywhere on the property. At first, I was told they only had one, then another staff member said they had several, but they were all “missing.” It was frustrating, especially when trying to get ready for dinner. I also sent two emails before our arrival with a simple request, but never received a reply. In those emails, I mentioned that I’m a travel content creator and kindly asked if it would be possible to have a room with some sort of view, as I planned to feature the hotel on my social media. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room overlooking nothing but bushes. That said, these issues didn’t have a major impact on our overall trip. Sardinia is an incredible destination, the hotel’s location is fantastic, and we still had a wonderful vacation. With a little more attention to guest communication and consistency in service, this hotel could easily provide an even be"
