Discover this charming apartment located in Arzon, on the 1st floor of a residence without a lift, just 300 m from the beaches and harbour. Bright and welcoming, this 27 m² accommodation with a view of the residence's garden is ideal for a stay for two, between relaxation at the thalassotherapy centre, lounging on the beach and strolls around the harbour. As a bonus, you benefit from access to the residence's heated communal swimming pool, open from 15 June to 15 September – perfect for cooling off at any time of day!



Inside, you enter directly into a pleasant living room flooded with light. The lounge, furnished with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a television and a decorative fireplace, invites you to relax after a day of discovery in the great outdoors. A window offers a soothing view of the residence's garden. Further on, a dining area with a table that can accommodate up to 4 people will allow you to share your meals in a convivial atmosphere.

The open-plan American kitchen, opening onto the living area and equipped with induction hobs, has everything you need: fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, kettle, toastie maker, electric griddle/crêpe maker and a raclette machine.



On the night side, the apartment includes one bedroom with a double bed (140x190), ideal for two people.

A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the space, as well as a separate toilet for added comfort.



You will be able to park easily in the residence car park but the accommodation does not have a designated parking space.



For your comfort, the accommodation is equipped with an iron and ironing board as well as a private beach locker on the landing (key lock), beach umbrella + beach umbrella stand with screw base available.
