This home is located just outside of downtown Asheville in the quiet neighborhood. New construction neighborhood.

Accessible by all paved roads. No dirt roads required. Go up Lamar Ave to stay on the paved area.

Outdoor patio furniture and table on porch for enjoyment of the mountain air.

The house is located close to hiking, the Asheville Arboretum, and restaurants. The neighborhood was also very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable and clean property. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. The picture of the outside of the house is a little misleading as there is no lawn on the left side of the house. There is another house very close. Didn’t cause any issues, just different than the pic.

Great House for a Biltmore Visit

Our family stayed here for a weekend to visit downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. Extremely convenient for both places. House was exceptionally clean and well furnished. Hosts were responsive and kind. It is in a quiet neighborhood and was a very quiet and restful place to return to after a day at the Biltmore. Would highly recommend!

Grab bar needed in upstairs bathtub.

Wonderful, beautifully appointed home. It seemed silly that we had to throw the towels and sheets in the laundry when we were paying a maid.

Great house, no complaints!

Property as described. Quite neighborhood. Not too far from breweries, the Biltmore, and downtown. Items were labeled in the home and a welcome notebook was provided with care.

Excellent place to stay

My sisters and I were in town for a short 3 day trip. This was an amazing place to stay with lovely decor and comfortable beds. I’m glad I didn’t stay at a hotel. This was much more spacious and we had the benefit of a full kitchen and separate bedrooms for each of us. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Will stay again.

Comforts of Home

Cute house in great location. House is close to the Biltmore, where we were attending a wedding. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the temperature was easy to control, My favorite part was the shower water pressure and temperature. It felt like endless hot water, even with 4 of us having to shower. Shampoo and soaps provided and the TP was 1st class. We could have used one more roll, but that’s a family issue 😉. We had plenty of towels and were able to wash some cloths. Grocery store and CVS are nearby. The driveway fits 2 cars. The couches were comfy. The only thing we thought could be better was the curtains in the Master Bedroom. One more panel on the left would make it perfect to keep the sun out, incase you go to the dueling piano bar and get back at 3am. I looked at A LOT of places and we were 100% happy with our choice.

Wonderful house and host!

House was beautiful, clean and well stocked with essentials. Living room could’ve used a lamp but that’s just a suggestion. Would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Asheville area.
