It boasts a large fenced-in backyard, 2 porches, a spacious living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, brick fireplace, comfortable beds and lots of good energy. The trees surrounding this home give it a remote, treehouse feel yet you are minutes away from downtown Asheville and Biltmore village. *Please Note, our properties exterior is still recovering from the recent storms. The Space:
** Please note that cleanup caused by the 2024 hurricanes around the outside of the property is still in process. Nothing more than cosmetic items** We offer 5% off 3 months, 10% off 6 months. This home is entirely yours, you have access to the front and back yards, porches and the entire interior of the home. Enjoy lounging in the cozy living room next to the brick fireplace or soak up golden hour on the back porch. There is a gas grill and 4 seat table on the porch for al fresco dining. The front yard is home to blueberry bushes and a fig tree. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home cooking. The back bathroom hosts a new washer and dryer. Please note the back bathroom is located off of the kitchen and has a small shower. If you prefer a tub, enjoy a soak in the hallway bathroom surrounded by candlelight. For contactless food delivery try Takeout Central or for nearby dine-in restaurants try The Red Stag, Corner Kitchen or Standard Pizza Co in Biltmore village. Also within walking distance are. Green Man Brewery, the Rhu bakery, and High Climate Tea. Mission hospital is a 10 minute walk. This is a monthly rental, we provide breakfast goodies, local coffee and household supplies for the first few days of your stay. The home is 1,268 sq ft.

The Neighborhood:
Kenilworth is a lovely, quiet neighborhood located in between Biltmore Avenue and Tunnel Road. You can walk down to Biltmore village in 10 minutes, south slope in 15 and downtown Asheville in 30. Drive anywhere in central Asheville in 5-10 minutes. Quickly get on 240 via Tunnel Road. This forested neighborhood is known to have bears, foxes, and wild turkeys roaming through backyards and across roads. Wake up to birdsong and rustling leaves. This peaceful neighborhood is the perfect place for visitors looking for a peaceful escape while being close to everything.

Easily walk to tons of Asheville’s favorite places. There are 3 parking spots at the house for your use. If you drive to the downtown area, plan to pay for parking before 6pm on weekdays. There is the ART bus line that stops on biltmore Avenue and within Kenilworth neighborhood. You can walk to a stop in about 5 minutes.
