Simple room. Clean and met our needs for two nights. Check in was easy. Front desk staff was courteous and quick. Helped make our stay start off in good way.
Clean and safe. Road noise made sleeping difficult. If you're a light sleeper get room on back of building. Breakfast is okay would've loved more fruit options and bacon but still good. Don't bring a vehicle with low clearance, driveway is steep.
This property was a superior value for the location. The rooms were quiet in the rear of the building where we stayed. The breakfast was good and satisfying. Could not do better for the price. The ONE person among all of the staff was rude was dismissive. Everyone else was helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
The rooms are clean, friendly hotel staff and comfortable beds. Hotel was full so late evening parking was challenging over the weekend. Also traffic entry through the Texas Roadhouse parking lot to the hotel is congested during peak business hours, so be patient entering and exiting the areas.

Disliked: Amenities
Staff did a great job of cleaning the room everyday. Only exception was that someone apparently left a shirt behind the chair. No telling how long it had been there. Breakfast was lacking. Front desk clerk when we checked in was extremely helpful. Having to drive through the Texas Roadhouse parking lot to get to the property was awful. Room was tight.

Mattresses could use updating. Traffic noise was not pleasant.
Room was clean & breakfast was good.
Overall an excellent experience, room was updated & spotless, staff very friendly and helpful while the breakfast was also very generous with scrambled eggs/sausage patty/waffles/fruit/cereals/yogurt/coffee & juices. This hotel sits on a very steep hill and the driveway approach & departure pattern, with very narrow turns, could cause a problem for any guest towing a trailer of any size. That being said I still gave the property a 5 star rating.
Great hotel room for an older outdoor entrance motel. Clean and refreshed bathroom. Bed was comfortable.
The breakfast was definitely lacking in food quality and attentiveness of staff to the serving area.
Great location – especially if you’re visiting the Biltmore. While the website says it is walkable, it is not pedestrian friendly to walk to the Biltmore. The room we had was facing the highway and there were a couple of sirens late at night-so if you are a light sleeper, get a room away from the road
Staff very helpful and pleasant – breakfast was great – really enjoyed the waffles
The room was clean, the breakfast was awful. The staff at the front desk were very polite and friendly. The breakfast attendant had a child with her and the food was awful. The eggs, if you could call them eggs were the worst I’ve ever had.
Very good location, although can be difficult to enter or exit.
Breakfast. Styrofoam dishes, cheap plastic utensils.
We were there for 4 nights - breakfast was identical each morning:. Scrambled eggs with green flecks, dried up sausage patties, no bread or toast or muffins.
The diy waffles are a great idea and tasted pretty good.
After two mornings, we went out for breakfast, even though breakfast cost was included with room rate.
