Enter through a dramatic stone entryway that opens to soaring ceilings and modern mountain design. The home features 4 bedrooms—each with its own en-suite bath and flat screen TV—so every guest enjoys both comfort and privacy. With dining space for up to 12, multiple gathering areas, and seating for the whole crew, it's easy to come together—or slip away for quiet moments.

- Sleeps in beds: 10 - Max Occupancy: 12
-In addition to the four bedrooms, the home offers an extra sleeping area with a queen bed. You'll also find a cot stored in the closet for added flexibility. With this additional space and the cot included, the home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.
Events: Events are allowed at this property for up to 25 guests. Minimum 3 night stay for events. NOTE: ALL Events will have associated event fees outside of, and separate from the normal rental costs. Please talk with Yonder Guest Experience Specialist for details and costs for having your event at Pickleball Lodge at Ten Acre Wood.
- Yonder provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide the extra linens
- Yonder openly shares our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach concerning our guests. Our cleaning fees, backed by our Clean Guarantee, reflect the highest standards, pristine environments for our guests, and cleanliness that surpasses any other vacation home; we guarantee it!
Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
Pets: Many of our guests have allergies, so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet, we are happy to recommend some alternatives nearby.
