The place is a budget Motel, however, the rooms are roomy and clean. The swimming pool was nice. The location is perfect about half a mile from downtown Ashland. The breakfast is quite limited to packed food foods

The hotel itself is clean but is a bit older and aesthetically not maintained the best. The breakfast is pretty much all bread. That being said it was quiet and the staff member that took care of us went above and beyond, Sawyer made this place worth staying at.
